So I let the weekend get away from me a bit and realized it was already Monday. My apologies for being a day late with the schedule. It is Veteran’s Day however, so before we make plans for the week on what shows we want to check out, let’s take two seconds to thank the Veterans in our lives.  For me, both of my grandfathers served - one in WW2 and the other in Vietnam. Who do you have to thank?

Getting back to the task at hand - I’m particularly excited to check out Bass Church this week.  I have to admit that despite how involved we are in the local music scene here, I have yet to check out Bass Church.  I don’t know what it is but my schedule always seems to conflict somehow.  Maybe this week will be the end of that.

The incredibly high-energy, fun-loving, and badassness (if it wasn’t a word, it is now) of a show that the duo of Kyle Biddy and Boy Beats World (Ryan Hart) consistently put on is something that everyone should experience in their lifetime.  

And as of just a few days ago, Charlotte-native Kidnice Entertainment has signed the both of them.

“This entire thing has been a crazy journey that began last December. From a monthly gig at Crown Station, to a residency at Halo, to throwing our own show NODA Gets F*cking Weird, and selling out on our first go…” says Kyle of their experiences that led to the signing.
